What is the difference between 1 ply, 2 ply & rounded top hats?
The difference is the hat thickness. 1 ply is one layer of material which is thin and 2 ply is two layers of material giving it a little cushion. We also offer a rounded top hat that only comes in 2 ply.

What is your current turnaround time?
Right now current turnaround time for embroidery is 1-6 business days but everything this else is 1-2 days depending how busy we are. My goal is always to ship within day or two however personalized embroidery items will take longer.
