What is the difference between 1 ply, 2 ply & rounded top hats?
The difference is the hat thickness. 1 ply is one layer of material which is thin and 2 ply is two layers of material giving it a little cushion. We also offer a rounded top hat that only comes in 2 ply.

What is your current turnaround time?
Right now current turnaround time for embroidery is 1-6 business days but everything this else is 1-2 days depending how busy we are. My goal is always to ship within day or two however personalized embroidery items will take longer. This hat is as cute as could be; it was, however, misdescribed as a "newborn" hat. It truly would fit only a VERY prematurely born baby. If that is the child for whom you are purchasing, you found a treasure! For most babies, it simply WILL NOT fit!

The little hat was really cute. It had a cute little girl turtle on it . Really sweet. Good Quality and fast shipping. The little hat would fit a Preemie baby.
