What is the difference between 1 ply, 2 ply & rounded top hats?
The difference is the hat thickness. 1 ply is one layer of material which is thin and 2 ply is two layers of material giving it a little cushion. We also offer a rounded top hat that only comes in 2 ply.

What is your current turnaround time?
Right now current turnaround time for embroidery is 1-6 business days but everything this else is 1-2 days depending how busy we are. My goal is always to ship within day or two however personalized embroidery items will take longer. My order was delivered to the wrong address & the seller did not resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I will not buy from this seller again. She refunded my money but that is not the point. I ordered this item in plenty of time as it was a gift for a baby shower gift basket I was making so time was of the essence. Now I have to shop around last minute to find a replacement in time for the shower! Not a satisfied customer at all!
