What is the difference between 1 ply, 2 ply & rounded top hats?
The difference is the hat thickness. 1 ply is one layer of material which is thin and 2 ply is two layers of material giving it a little cushion. We also offer a rounded top hat that only comes in 2 ply.

What is your current turnaround time?
Right now current turnaround time for embroidery is 1-6 business days but everything this else is 1-2 days depending how busy we are. My goal is always to ship within day or two however personalized embroidery items will take longer. If you need an item shipped ASAP, contact me with items you are interested in to find out soonest i can ship and what priority shipping charges are. Thanks!

The hats are SUPER cute!!! Glad I purchased them!! Thank you...and thanks for the 2 bonus hats that was a great surprise!!! We didn't find out the sex (due end of Dec.) so I got one of each to be prepared at the hospital. We wanted a pic with our first child wearing her "Big Sister" t-shirt and the baby wearing something saying "little brother" or 'little sister" - the hat is a perfect idea. Will post a pic after he/she arrives in the adorable hat! :) Thanks again!!

Hats are adorable! Shipping was very fast! Great shop owner! I had originally ordered these hats and they were adorable, but I was looking for a little thicker material. Convo'd with the shop owner and she told me to keep and sent me the thicker version of the hats FREE of charge and shipping! They arrived and we're super cute and looked even cuter on!
