What is the difference between 1 ply, 2 ply & rounded top hats?
The difference is the hat thickness. 1 ply is one layer of material which is thin and 2 ply is two layers of material giving it a little cushion. We also offer a rounded top hat that only comes in 2 ply.

What is your current turnaround time?
Right now current turnaround time for embroidery is 1-6 business days but everything this else is 1-2 days depending how busy we are. My goal is always to ship within day or two however personalized embroidery items will take longer. If you need an item shipped ASAP, contact me with items you are interested in to find out soonest i can ship and what priority shipping charges are. Thanks!

Not only is the hospital beanie perfect, but it was packaged nicely, had a nice hand written note & a BONUS beanie!! I was completely surprised, but it's so cute!! Thank you so much for your service, i love the beanies and can't wait to use them on our new bundle of joy!!
