What is the difference between 1 ply, 2 ply & rounded top hats?
The difference is the hat thickness. 1 ply is one layer of material which is thin and 2 ply is two layers of material giving it a little cushion. We also offer a rounded top hat that only comes in 2 ply.

What is your current turnaround time?
Right now current turnaround time for embroidery is 1-6 business days but everything this else is 1-2 days depending how busy we are. My goal is always to ship within day or two however personalized embroidery items will take longer. The package arrived on time and in great condition. The hat/sock set was a bit smaller than I imagined in my mind, but it is still absolutely precious and the size is of no fault of the seller as they described the item perfectly, it has just been awhile since I've had a little one around. Anyway-this is going to make a perfect gift. Highly recommend.
