What is the difference between 1 ply, 2 ply & rounded top hats?
The difference is the hat thickness. 1 ply is one layer of material which is thin and 2 ply is two layers of material giving it a little cushion. We also offer a rounded top hat that only comes in 2 ply.

What is your current turnaround time?
Right now current turnaround time for embroidery is 1-6 business days but everything this else is 1-2 days depending how busy we are. My goal is always to ship within day or two however personalized embroidery items will take longer. If you need an item shipped ASAP, contact me with items you are interested in to find out soonest i can ship and what priority shipping charges are. Thanks!

I ordered four hats and they turned out perfect! Seller had them shipped out timely. There was some delay in the delivery due to usps and the seller was very responsive to my messages and helpful in providing me updates. She was also willing to ship new hats even though the delay in delivery was not her fault. She followed up after after they were delivered. I would definitely order from Debbie again! I’m so happy I got the hat in time for my baby’s arrival.
